Community Health: What Matters to You? Tell us at the June 20 Community Health Needs Assessment Forum

Creating healthy communities requires input from those who live here. For that reason, Cooley Dickinson Health Care invites local residents to a Community Health Needs Assessment Community Forum, Thursday, June 20, from 5 – 7 pm in the Dakin Conference Room at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.

From 5-5:30 pm a light supper will be available; the program begins at 5:15 and will conclude by 7 pm.

Topics to be discussed include an overview of the health assessment process and a review of data, including statistics, focus group and interview results. Participants will also work in small groups to establish priorities and possible strategies to improve health.

This forum is free and open to the public and accessible by public transportation.
