Biography
Dr. Gregory Blackman has spent the last two decades as the Director of Ultrasound Imaging and later Chief of Interventional Radiology at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Mass., an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at Tufts University School of Medicine, and as the Medical Director of the Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Degree Program at Springfield Technical Community College. He also served for two years each as a Radiologist and as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Baystate Medical Center, and was employed for three years at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Northampton. Dr. Blackman enjoys running, biking, hiking/backpacking, travel, photography, and music in his free time, and is a U.S. Navy veteran who left the service with the rank of Commander.
