Biography
About Me:
I am a dedicated and compassionate physician committed to providing high-quality healthcare and improving the well-being of my patients. With a strong background in obstetrics and gynecology, I am passionate about women’s health. My approach to medicine is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practice, and continuous learning.
Growing up in Montreal Canada, I spent my childhood playing ice hockey as many Canadians do. I learned French at a very young age and am still fluent. Currently, I live in Northampton with my partner and two dogs. My hobbies include baking, hiking, running, rollerblading and still ice hockey! I have a passion for rescuing dogs and if it were up to me, I’d have a dozen dogs.
Professional Background:
I earned my medical degree from St. George’s University and subsequently graduated from Northwell’s OBGYN residency at Staten Island University Hospital. I stayed with Northwell and practiced in New York City for 4 years then moved out to eastern Long Island for the next 3 years until I made my way to Western Massachusetts. As a board-certified OBGYN physician, I bring over a decade of experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of medical conditions associated with women. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving diverse patient populations in metropolitan areas such as New York City and in more rural areas such as the North Fork of Long Island. Through these diverse experiences, I have found that smaller community based hospitals and practices are where I belong. My clinical expertise includes family planning, basic fertility, minimally invasive surgery, menopause management and high risk obstetrics.
