Jess has been treating in outpatient orthopedic settings since 2013. Her areas of special interest include athletic populations, orthopedic injuries including spine and extremities, balance and gait dysfunctions, and positional vertigo. She has completed advance manual training in The McKenzie Method and Maitland techniques. She has also taken courses on the evaluation and treatment of the running and throwing athlete.

My Philosophy
Jess believes strongly in the combination of manual therapy and corrective exercise to reduce pain and restore optimal movement patterns. She believes in the necessity of thorough evaluation and individualized care to achieve patient goals.
Biography
Jess has a passion for the field of physical therapy as an avenue to empower patients to move better, feel better, and have greater confidence in their ability to do so. Jess has been an avid athlete throughout her life—she played ice and field hockey at Hamilton College, and enjoys running, and weight lifting. Jess commutes to and from work on her bike and she loves backpacking in the Adirondacks. She also spends many weekends exploring camping and canoeing spots throughout New England.
