Teingo sees a variety of patients with various musculoskeletal disorders ranging from spine and sports-related injuries to the aches and pains associated with arthritis and the inevitable process of aging. His primary interest lies in orthopedics and sports medicine with a particular affinity for treating the cervical spine. An athlete in a former life, Teingo is Certified in the Cincinnatti Sportsmetrics Jump Program, a plyometric training regimen invented to decrease the incidence of non-contact ACL injuries particularly in young female athletes. Teingo continues to expand his knowledge base by attending continuing education courses as often as possible.

My Philosophy
Teingo’s philosophy is a simple one: He firmly believes that Physical Therapy is a collaborative effort between patient and therapist who must work together to achieve the mutual goal of symptom resolution and return to function. Less than equal participation will often result in subpar outcomes.
Biography
Teingo West has been a Physical Therapist with Cooley Dickinson Rehabilitation Services for 9 years. He lives in Holyoke with his wife and three beautiful children. With three kids and a fourth on the way, life leaves little time for much else.
