Hospice Volunteer
Make a difference in someone’s life while doing something deeply rewarding. Our hospice volunteers bring comfort and support to patients facing end of life. You can help in a number of ways including: Patient Companionship, Family/Caregiver Support, Complementary Therapy (massage, Reiki, music, pet therapy), Bereavement Support, and Administrative Assistance. No experience necessary, full training provided. Learn more about being a Hospice Volunteer.
Vet-to-Vet Volunteer
Our veteran volunteer provides unique support to veterans at the end of life. They create a safe environment for life review and healing. Learn more about Vet-to-Vet Volunteering.
Hospice Shop
Volunteering in The Hospice Shop is a great way to have fun, meet new people, and play a key role in the shop’s daily operations. As a volunteer, you’ll get a first look at donations while working a regular shift behind the counter, on the floor, or helping sort and price donations. Revenues go directly to help meet the needs of Hospice patients and families. Learn more about our Hospice Shop.
Journey Home Singers
Journey Home is a bedside singing group that brings songs of peace, comfort and healing to our hospice patients and their families. If you have musical experience, can harmonize, rehearse twice per month and participate in patient bedside sings, we’d love to talk with you. Learn more about Journey Home Singers.
The Garden
The Garden provides support to grieving young people and their families following the death of someone close, including parents, siblings, other family members or friends. Our volunteers work with our Director to assist with counseling and bi-annual support groups. Learn more about The Garden.
